Job Summary

Looking for Staff Accountants with bookkeeping and accounting experience in a US Accounting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage AP, AR, and bookkeeping activities.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Support W-2 and 1099 preparation.
  • Work on QuickBooks and Excel-based reporting.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience in US Accounting required.
  • Strong QuickBooks Online and MS Excel knowledge.
  • Experience in reconciliations and reporting.
  • WolfePak experience preferred.
