Job Title: US Real Estate Accountant (Yardi Breeze & Yardi Voyager)
Location: Onsite - Ahmedabad
Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented US Real Estate Accountant with hands-on experience in Yardi Breeze and Yardi Voyager to manage day-to-day accounting functions for a US-based real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of property accounting, lease accounting, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting under US GAAP.


Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Accounting
  • Manage full-cycle accounting for residential and/or commercial properties
  • Record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
  • Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy
