The US Payroll team ensures accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits. This role is critical in managing financial transactions related to salaries, taxes, and deductions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and process employee salaries, including wages, overtime, bonuses, and other compensation.
- Ensure tax compliance and accurate withholding of statutory deductions; prepare and submit tax reports.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and track employee status changes.
- Comply with local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Process payroll transactions accurately and on time.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT for seamless payroll operations.
- Generate payroll reports for financial analysis and audits.
