What You’ll Do:

  • Onboard with Impact: Guide US-based contingent workers through every step of the onboarding process—ensuring a smooth, timely, and professional start to their assignments.
  • Be the Go-To Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for workers on assignment, helping them navigate payroll, benefits, and performance-related matters.
  • Support Transitions: Coordinate offboarding procedures, including asset returns and client notifications.
  • Master Client Systems: Develop a deep understanding of client workflows and tools to ensure seamless program execution...
