Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive US Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires of US. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience by coordinating documentation, background verification, and communication with candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and verify all required new hire documentation and onboarding paperwork.

• Review submitted documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements.

• Follow up with candidates to resolve missing, incorrect, or incomplete information in a timely manner.

• Initiate and track background checks and drug screenings as per client and regulatory guidelines.
