Job Description
I am a German citizen and German tax resident who owns a U.S. LLC. I am seeking an experienced consultant to work with me one-on-one to properly structure and execute the following:
Opening a U.S. business bank account (remote setup preferred)
Preparing documentation to ensure smooth brokerage account approval
Guidance on FATCA classification and W-8BEN-E preparation
Ensuring compliance for a foreign-owned U.S. LLC
Identifying banks and brokers that reliably accept foreign beneficial owners
The objective is to create a compliant and practical setup that allows my LLC to operate and invest without unnecessary friction or rejection during onboarding.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Accounting, CPA, Bookkeeping, Finance & Accounting, Limited Liability Company
