US IT Technical Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities:

·        The Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities for our clients.

·        Act as point of contact for assigned clients.

·        Understand client hiring process and submission guidelines.

·        Review and analyse active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions.

·        Utilizes multiple internet resources, including social networking techniques to source candidates.

·        Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' 'fit and technical competence'.

·        Maintain submission trackers and daily/weekly reports.

·        Responsible for work on Contracts, Permanent positions.

·        Well-versed in US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.

·        Build long-term relationships with clients.
