Position: US IT Recruiter - Technical

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Work Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (US Central Time)

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end US IT hiring in a daily-demand environment, managing multiple requirements coming in daily
  • Source candidates using 5–6 parallel methods simultaneously: LinkedIn Recruiter/Premium, Dice/Indeed/Monster, internal database, employee referrals, vendor networks, targeted Boolean searches
  • Master LinkedIn Recruiter for advanced Boolean searches, InMail outreach, unlimited follows, and direct inbox access to passive US IT talent
