Who We're Looking For:
- 5-8 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, C2H,Fulltime) and work authorizations.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like, ATS (CEIPAL), Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder and LinkedIn sourcing is plus.
- Experience working on direct client requirements and in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Canada recruitment experience is huge plus
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is
