Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented a US IT Recruiter (Screening) ,to join our Talent Acquisition team. With at least a year of experience in sourcing/screening for IT and Operations roles, the ideal candidate will excel at identifying, evaluating, and engaging top talent across multiple platforms. 
This role requires strong proficiency in assessing and evaluating applicants, reviewing resumes, an understanding of emerging technologies, and excellent communication skills.

Your role in our mission

  • Identifying, screening, and engaging top talent through our applicant tracking system (ATS) – SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Conducting initial outreach and screening to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinating interview schedules and managing overall candidate status.

  • Sending personalized templated outreach messages to potential candidates to foster engagement.
