US IT Recruiter – Full Time (Onsite | Night Shift) Location: Wagle Estate, Thane West
Mode: 100% Onsite (5 days/week)
Experience: 7+ Years in US Staffing
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for US IT and Non-IT positions
Sourcing candidates using job portals, social media, and networking
Handling contract and permanent hiring
Screening, interviewing, and candidate engagement
Managing multiple requirements simultaneously
Meeting daily and monthly submission targets
Working closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers
Required Skills & Experience:
5–7 years of experience in US staffing / US IT recruitment
Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Experience working on IT, ERP, and Non-IT roles
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job boards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong team player with a results-oriented mindset
