Job Title: US IT Recruiters (3-4 Years Experience) - 10 Openings!
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
We are looking for driven and experienced US IT Recruiters who are passionate about end-to-end recruitment, client delivery, and growing in the US staffing ecosystem.
Experience Required:
3-4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Experience supporting Contract (W2) and Full-Time positions.
Prior experience working with System Integrator clients (Cognizant and Mphasis are preferred).
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
Sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates.
Coordinating interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.
Managing the full recruitment life cycle effectively.
