We’re Hiring | US IT Recruiter (Indore – Onsite)
We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for US IT roles and thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment where speed and quality both matter.
What You’ll Do:
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
Source, screen, and close candidates for Contract and W2 roles
Manage multiple requisitions in a metrics-driven environment
Close positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time), as most requirements have limited submission slots
Take full ownership of assigned requirements and candidates from submission to onboarding
Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
