US IT Recruiter

This role is for an IT Recruiter with Elfonze Technology and will be a part of US Staffing Vertical . At Elfonze, we’re entering a high-growth phase across our U.S. markets and we’re looking for a seasoned IT Recruiter to deliver from our Bangalore-based delivery center.

Responsibilities:

• The Recruiter will be responsible for understanding job description and required skillset
• The Recruiter will be responsible for posting open jobs on job boards as well as source candidates from various job boards including Dice & LinkedIn.
• The Recruiter will ensure utmost professionalism while talking to candidates and collecting the specific details required as per client.
• The Recruiter willl log journals for each candidate communication and ensure information transparency.
