Job Description
1. ROLES:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases & job portals.
- Conducting pre-screening calls, interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Collaborating with team on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs
- Should have a proper understanding of engineering skills for hiring for technical roles.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and post technical job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) before submissions to client.
