Responsibilities

  • Handle the complete US recruitment life cycle with extensive hands‑on experience.
  • Review and analyze active client requirements to source and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Utilize multiple internet resources, including social networking platforms, to source candidates.
  • Participate in daily huddles with Team Leads and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closures are effectively managed.
  • Source candidates from job portals such as Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, and; Indeed, create and manage job postings on these portals.
  • Conduct detailed screening to assess candidate interest, skill-level match, technical capabilities, and compensation expectations (payment, negotiation, and tax terms such as W2, C2C, 1099).
