This role is for an IT Recruiter with Elfonze Technology and will be a part of US Staffing Vertical. At Elfonze, we’re entering a high-growth phase across our U. S. markets and we’re looking for a seasoned IT Recruiter to deliver from our Bangalore-based delivery center.
Responsibilities:
The Recruiter will be responsible for understanding job description and required skillset
The Recruiter will be responsible for posting open jobs on job boards as well as source candidates from various job boards including Dice & Linked In.
The Recruiter will ensure utmost professionalism while talking to candidates and collecting the specific details required as per client.
The Recruiter willl log journals for each candidate communication and ensure information transparency.
The Recruiter will source, screen and submit candidates against client requirements as well as facilitate and schedule screenings and interviews as and when required.
