What You'll Do:

✅ End-to-end recruitment for US Staffing requirements

✅ Source and screen technical candidates across multiple technologies

✅ Work extensively on LinkedIn, Job Boards, and ATS platforms

✅ Understand and validate visa/work authorization statuses

✅ Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Experience in US IT Recruitment

✔️ Strong understanding of US Visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, TN, EAD, etc.)

✔️ Excellent communication and candidate management skills

✔️ Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously

✔️ Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
