Roles & Responsibilities:

* Manage and strengthen relationships with US-based clients

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team

* Handle end-to-end account management

* Negotiate rates, contracts, and commercial terms

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US IT market

* Maintain regular communication for requirement updates

* Ensure timely submission of qualified profiles

* Follow up on interviews and successfully close positions

* Resolve client concerns and build long-term partnerships

* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
