Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Researches, analyzes, and provides weekly timecards and employee absences related to leaves.Monitors and assists with data uploads and exception reports from leave, disability and workers’ compensation vendors into the HRIS and timekeeping systems.Assists with completing vendor, internal teams, and agency inquiries to determine timelines, verification of information and data, and absence dates for protected and unprotected time.Provides accurate details to managers, employees and Employee Relations on attendance reviews.Creates and maintains monthly absence dashboards to report on leave and incidental absence utilization.Analyzes absence trends and works closely with managers, supervisors and human resources to troubleshoot employee timecard and leave coding issues.Researches, analyzes and provides weekly timecards and employees absences related to leaves.Monitors and assists with data...
