Job Summary

We are looking for a US-HR Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding for employees hired in the US. The role requires strong knowledge of US employment documentation, compliance, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for US hires (W2, C2C, 1099 as applicable).
  • Prepare and process offer letters, onboarding packets, and employment documentation.
  • Coordinate background checks, drug tests, and employment verification as per US standards.
  • Ensure completion of I-9, E-Verify, W-4, state tax forms, and other compliance documents.
  • Conduct virtual onboarding sessions and new hire orientations.
  • Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, payroll, and IT teams for smooth onboarding.
