Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations and ensure smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, records management, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, system access coordination, orientation scheduling)
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and basic payroll coordination
