Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations and ensure smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, records management, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  2. Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, system access coordination, orientation scheduling)
  3. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  4. Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and basic payroll coordination
  5. Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and HR programs
