Non-Negotiable Skills
- Working knowledge of HRIS, such as Oracle HCM
- Experience with US Benefits – HSA, US payroll deductions, arrears, refunds, before and after TAX
- Open Enrollment / Eligibility
- Health – Medical/Dental/Vision
- Benefits Matrix Codes interpretation
- Experience in Oracle
- Strong Excel proficiency/analysis
- Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and benefits files
- Manage general inquiries and complaints via online ticketing system
- Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims
- Advise and inform employees on the details of the company's benefit programs
- Utilize HRIS system and various tools to manage cases and resolve issues
