Non-Negotiable Skills

  • Working knowledge of HRIS, such as Oracle HCM
  • Experience with US Benefits – HSA, US payroll deductions, arrears, refunds, before and after TAX
  • Open Enrollment / Eligibility
  • Health – Medical/Dental/Vision
  • Benefits Matrix Codes interpretation
  • Experience in Oracle
  • Strong Excel proficiency/analysis
  • Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and benefits files
  • Manage general inquiries and complaints via online ticketing system
  • Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims
  • Advise and inform employees on the details of the company's benefit programs
  • Utilize HRIS system and various tools to manage cases and resolve issues
