US Contracts Support Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated US Federal Contracts Support Analyst to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts. The role will involve working closely with U.S.-based team to ensure adherence to the client contracts, and related requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Review & Compliance
Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments.
Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).
Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.
Audit & Monitoring Support
Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
