Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide chat and voice support for US clients.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions.
  • Meet performance targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain documentation of customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate Freshers / Any Diploma.
  • Language: Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Shift: Willingness to work in Night Shift.
  • Week-offs: 2 Rotational Week-Offs.
