Key Responsibilities:
- Provide chat and voice support for US clients.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions.
- Meet performance targets and KPIs.
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate Freshers / Any Diploma.
- Language: Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Shift: Willingness to work in Night Shift.
- Week-offs: 2 Rotational Week-Offs.
