Academic & Career Excellence in Rawalpindi/Islamabad is seeking a results-driven BPO Sales Training Specialist to own the end-to-end learning and development lifecycle. You will onboard and train weekly new hire batches, guide nesting and bootcamp phases, and drive refresher training for tenured staff to maximize floor KPIs and sales conversions.

The role requires strong coaching, US campaign knowledge (Mortgage, Solar, Insurance, Telecom), fluent English, and the ability to work US night shifts
