US Bookkeeper & Tax Filing Specialist (LLC & Corporation)

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide U.S. bookkeeping and tax filing services for our Israeli clients. These clients typically operate as LLCs or Inc. corporations and are mostly in the technology sector.

Many of the companies are small but growing quickly, with increasing activity involving U.S. customers and vendors. We need someone reliable, detail-oriented, and highly knowledgeable in U.S. financial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple U.S.-registered entities
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly / quarterly financial reports
• Handle federal and state tax filings
• Prepare year-end reports and work with external CPAs when required
