US Bookkeeper

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support a growing business. If you have strong experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, QuickBooks, and accounting system setup, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and implement a complete bookkeeping system from scratch
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial records
Track revenue per truck/load
Prepare financial reports and dashboards
Maintain organized financial documentation
Support financial optimization and cost tracking
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English
• Strong bookkeeping and financial reporting experience
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and organized
• Reliable and trustworthy with sensitive financial data
• Self-starter who can adapt in a startup environment
