About the Role

We are seeking an experienced U.S. Benefits Analyst – Leave Administration to support the administration of U.S. employee leave, accommodation, and retirement programs. This role focuses on end-to-end Leave of Absence (LOA) management and close coordination with U.S. Payroll to ensure accurate pay, benefits, and compliance with U.S. regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer U.S. leave programs including FMLA, ADA-related leaves, state PFML, military, and company-sponsored leaves.

  • Manage leave cases using Prudential from intake through return-to-work and closure.

  • Review medical certifications for accuracy and compliance; coordinate follow-ups and escalations.

  • Support the interactive accommodation process, including documentation tracking and coordination with HR, managers, and vendors.
