About the Role
We are seeking an experienced U.S. Benefits Analyst – Leave Administration to support the administration of U.S. employee leave, accommodation, and retirement programs. This role focuses on end-to-end Leave of Absence (LOA) management and close coordination with U.S. Payroll to ensure accurate pay, benefits, and compliance with U.S. regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Administer U.S. leave programs including FMLA, ADA-related leaves, state PFML, military, and company-sponsored leaves.
Manage leave cases using Prudential from intake through return-to-work and closure.
Review medical certifications for accuracy and compliance; coordinate follow-ups and escalations.
Support the interactive accommodation process, including documentation tracking and coordination with HR, managers, and vendors.
