US Benefits Advisor (Account manager - Remote)

We’re looking for an US Benefits Advisor with broker-side employee benefits experience who thrives in a client-facing role and is confident explaining benefits to HR leaders, executives, and employees in a fully remote environment.

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mexico City) | Remote

What You’ll Do

· Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for assigned employer groups, delivering white-glove service.

· Build and maintain trusted relationships with HR leaders, executives, and employees via video calls, phone, and email.

· Lead virtual employee meetings, open enrollments, and benefits education sessions.

· Handle client inquiries related to benefits, billing, claims, eligibility, and enrollment with urgency and accuracy.
