Urgent: Process Engineer, Development

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Process AEs/Technicians to oversee all process-related activities and ensure efficient production operations.
• Drive and oversee Engineering Change Order (ECO) changes and implementations with operations teams.
• Improve process efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives, UPH tracking, and Kaizen activities.
• Maintain and update the EC master list and tracking records.
• Prepare, review, and update work instructions, and conduct WI training for production teams.
• Ensure production work instructions (WI) are properly maintained, including SFC controls and SAP process updates.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and mass production runs.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
