Job Description
  • Deliver frontline customer service, including managing patient registrations and appointment scheduling
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and nurses to ensure high standards of patient care
  • Provide chaperone support to medical practitioners when required
  • Handle patient requests, emails, and telephone enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Manage payment collection and perform basic administrative tasks
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma holders from any field are welcome to apply
  • Able to commit to a minimum duration of 3 months
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of walking and standing
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage, though not mandatory as training will be provided
  • Office hours: 5.5 days per week
  • Available to start immediately or on short notice
