Urgent Hire: Customer Service Representative
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shifts (hours provided by OPM)
Benefits: Holiday Pay + PTO Accrual WFH
Role Responsibilities
+ Answer inbound calls from customers regarding account information and services
+ Assist potential customers with applications and process payments via phone
+ Document customer concerns, update account details, and perform data entry
+ Handle account maintenance including changes, adjustments, and statement requests
+ Explain terms, conditions, and policies clearly to customers
+ Prepare daily activity and cash-out reports
+ Proactively address customer requests with professionalism
