We are a family residing in the serene community of North Cowichan, British Columbia, and we are currently seeking a dedicated elder care provider to join our household. We value compassion, reliability, and a deep sense of responsibility in those who care for our loved ones.
The position involves caring for an elderly family member, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring medication schedules are followed. Cooking light meals and maintaining a tidy environment are also part of the role.
Our ideal candidate has prior experience in elder care, is patient, and has a genuine interest in improving the quality of life for seniors. Certification in elder care or nursing assistance would be a plus, but it is not mandatory.
