Reception & Front Desk Operations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional, courteous, and welcoming experience
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages when required, and relay them to the appropriate employees.
  • Notify employees of visitor arrivals and provide support for meeting room arrangements when needed
  • Coordinate courier-related activities, including DHL shipments, external deliveries, and courier pick-ups.
  • Arrange courier services and support employees with ad hoc shipment requests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the reception and common areas.
