Position Summary: UR Coordinator:
The UR Coordinatorfacilitatesa continuum of service while promoting positive outcome andoptimalreimbursement, through coordination of patient care, daily clinical reviews, quality documentation, appeals, and reporting.This role supports medical necessity determinations, compliance with payer and regulatory requirements, and effective communication between clinical teams and payers tooptimizepatient care and reimbursement.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Nursing, Counseling or Psychology required.
