  • Write customized, compelling proposals based on client requirements
  • Communicate with potential clients via chat, calls, and follow-ups
  • Understand project scope and coordinate with internal teams for feasibility
  • Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking sheets
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project requirements
  • Maintain a strong Upwork profile with high response and success rates
