Job Description
We are a US-registered company seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Developer / Upwork Bidder to join our team at our onsite office in Faisal Town, Lahore. This is a full-time night shift role aligned with the US time zone.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bidding and client acquisition through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with a strong focus on international (US-based) clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Prepare, submit, and manage high-quality proposals and bids
Communicate with potential clients to understand requirements and close deals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and conversions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after deal closure
