Upwork Bidder
to handle proposal bidding, client communication, and lead generation on Upwork. The ideal candidate should understand Upwork's algorithms, know how to write high-converting proposals, and be confident in dealing with international clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Search and bid on relevant Upwork projects daily
  • Write customized, high-quality proposals
  • Communicate professionally with clients and follow up on leads
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the development team
  • Maintain bidding records and client details

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Knowledge of Upwork bidding strategies and connects management
  • Ability to close projects and generate leads
  • Familiarity with IT / Web Development / Web Design / WordPress services
