We're looking for a motivated and target-driven Upwork Bidder to join our night-shift team. If you have hands-on experience with freelancing platforms and enjoy closing international clients, this role is for you.
Work with global clients from USA, UK, Canada & Middle East and grow your career in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
Find and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
Write customized, high-quality proposals
Communicate with international clients & understand their requirements
Close deals and ensure smooth project handovers
Achieve monthly bidding & revenue targets
What We're Looking For:
1+ year experience as a Freelance Bidder / Business Development Executive
(Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Fiverr, Bark, etc.)
Strong English reading & writing skills
Target-driven, confident, and comfortable with night shift
Serious candidates only (onsite role)
