We are looking for a
skilled Upwork Bidder
to generate business through
Upwork and other freelancing platforms
by submitting effective proposals, communicating with clients, and converting leads into long-term projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on
  relevant projects on Upwork
  daily
• Write
  customized, high-conversion proposals
• Communicate with potential clients and understand project requirements
• Follow up with clients and close deals
• Maintain and update
  CRM or lead tracking sheets
• Coordinate with technical teams for accurate project estimates
• Meet
  monthly lead generation and conversion targets
• Stay updated with
  Upwork policies and bidding trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an
  Upwork Bidder / BDE
• Strong understanding of
  Upwork bidding, connects, and algorithms
