We are seeking a proactive Upwork Bidder responsible for generating new business opportunities through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proposal writing, and client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
Write professional and winning proposals to secure projects
Communicate effectively with international clients
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Maintain client communication until project conversion
Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements
