Job Responsibilities:

• Search, analyze, and bid on relevant Upwork projects daily
• Write customized, high-converting proposals based on client requirements
• Communicate professionally with potential clients and handle initial discussions
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope and pricing
• Maintain records of bids, responses, and conversions
• Build long-term client relationships through effective communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder
