The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of Website Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, and Graphic Design services, and should be able to write customized proposals and communicate effectively with international clients.

The candidate must be confident in proposal writing, client communication, understanding project requirements, and handling calls with clients through Upwork.
