InApp Solutions is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder who understands how to turn conversations into signed projects, not just send proposals.
What you'll do
Identify and qualify relevant jobs on Upwork
Write tailored, high-conversion proposals
Communicate with clients professionally and confidently
Coordinate with the technical team for estimates and clarity
Maintain a healthy response rate and pipeline
What we're looking for
Proven experience bidding on Upwork (with results)
Strong written English and client communication skills
Understanding of software services (web, mobile apps, SaaS)
Discipline with follow-ups and account health
Bonus (not mandatory)
Experience bidding for US / EU clients
Familiarity with fixed-price and hourly project strategy
Ability to suggest improvements to our positioning
