CTO Recruiter in Karachi seeks a Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder) to identify quality Upwork projects, craft high-converting proposals and convert leads into long-term clients. You will coordinate with delivery and technical teams, manage a busy pipeline, and help achieve daily, weekly, and monthly bidding targets.

The role requires 6–8 months of Upwork bidding experience, strong client communication, and familiarity with USA & Canada profiles.
