Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Provide prompt and professional support to clients regarding web and logo design services.
✔️ Handle queries, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
✔️ Build rapport with existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
✔️ Achieve monthly upsell targets while maintaining excellent client retention.
Requirements:
✔️ 2–4 years of relevant sales experience.
✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✔️ Ability to understand client needs and suggest suitable design solutions.
✔️ Familiarity with web & logo design services and digital branding trends.
✔️ Target: $5K to $10K
