Upholstery QC Manager

Job Description :

• Direct the activities of all QC team and fully utilize the support of all departments to meet QC department objectives.
• Control and reduce cost.
• Delegates work assignments appropriately .
• Responsible for dealing with important quality issues, responsible for delivering the customer complains, follow up the solving for all of the quality complains and the reverting for final results .
• Deal with quality issues or report to superior supervisor to get help and advice.
• Communicate QC’s work status with superior supervisor termly.
• Receive and accompany the visitorial guest under the company’s uniform arrangement.
• Supervise and urge QC to fill in the inspection report correctly and in time.
• Responsible for training on each product’s inspection point.
