TCS hiring for Unix L3 Admin


Location: Bangalore


experience: 8-12


Must Have:


  • Strong HP - Unix server administration skills, and clear architectural understanding of RedHat, Solaris , CentOS and SUSE Linux distributions.
  • Unix authentication expertise. Local PAM and LDAP or other Active Directory integration
  • server patching as per the defined security policy. Experience with Red Hat Satellite.
  • Automation and configuration management through tools like Shell scripting, Ansible or Puppet
  • OS installation on physical and virtual servers, OS patching, LVM, Server decommission, Server hardening, service administration/configuration like SSH, FTP, DNS, DHCP, NFS and NTP. Cloud Infrastructure administration and VM administration. Should work in 24*7 support
  • DR exercise – Required strong knowledge in planning and execution of DR activities.
