Manager – Placement Partnerships Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience
The Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, coordinating, and monitoring external placement consultants to support student placements across various academic programmes.
Negotiate MoUs, commercials, targets, timelines, and service terms.
Track consultant-wise performance, cost per placement, salary, joining, retention.
Verify company credibility, job role, compensation, and student safety before drives.
Travel frequently across India to meet consultants, recruitment partners, and employers and strengthen placement networks.
Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably an MBA with fluency in English and Hindi.
~5–10 years of experience in placement, recruitment, staffing, corporate relations, or business development.
60,000-80,000 per month as per relevant experience and skill sets + Incentive
